At Travel with Andamans, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policy. Please review the terms below before confirming your booking.
Booking Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your tour package, hotel booking, ferry ticket, or activity, the following refund structure will apply:

🛈 All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: [info@travelwithandamans.com]
🚫No Refunds Will Be Provided For:
- No-shows or failure to reach the pickup point on time
- Unused services once the trip has started (e.g., skipping activities or hotel nights)
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date
- Trips curtailed or shortened due to personal reasons
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, or ferry schedules (see Force Majeure)
🔁 Rescheduling & Amendments
- We may allow one-time date rescheduling based on availability, if informed at least 10 days in advance.
- Fare differences (if any) will be charged separately.
- Last-minute amendments may incur additional fees or may not be possible.
🌧️ Force Majeure Clause
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Bad weather or sea conditions
- Government travel restrictions
- Ferry service cancellations
- Strikes, lockdowns, or civil unrest
In such cases, we will assist you with alternate arrangements or date changes but refunds are not guaranteed.
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- Any bank/payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
