Welcome to Travel with Andamans! By booking a tour package, activity, or service through our website or representatives, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your package.
  • Full payment must be made before the start of the trip.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.

     

2. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Prices listed are per person unless otherwise stated.
  • Inclusions will be clearly mentioned in the tour itinerary.
  • Any personal expenses, meals, or services not mentioned are excluded.

     

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing or via email.
  • No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our cancellation timeline:

4. Itinerary Changes

  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, ferry schedules, or operational concerns.
  • Significant changes will be informed in advance, and alternatives will be offered when possible.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control.

6. Travel Documents & Permits

  • Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and complying with local travel regulations.
  • Permits for restricted areas (if required) will be arranged, but delays due to documentation issues are not our responsibility.

7. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings. We do not provide insurance as part of our packages.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we ensure the best safety and comfort, Travel with Andamans is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage during the trip. Clients participate at their own risk.

9. Conduct & Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow travelers, and local communities.
  • Any damage to property, hotels, or transport caused by a guest will be charged accordingly.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Port Blair courts.
